Antioch Code Enforcement and the Department of Public works were at the Fulton Shipyard to clean out the debrs left from a homeless encampment in Antioch, California, on Thursday, March 12, 2015. Previous to the clean up residents of the encampment were given a 72 hour notice to vacate the area and were also provided with local support services information.
