Don't Call Me Homeless- Merciful Servers -- The Zeebs-7.jpg
Ray and Phyllis Zeeb, of Antioch, California spend several evenings a week driving around town feeding cats. The Zeeb's are H.A.R.P. (Homeless Animal Response Program) volunteers and have been trapping, spaying/neutering, vaccinating, returning and adopting cats for over a decade. Their feeding rounds take several hours and many of the cats have names, the Zeebs know each of the cats and their histories, and they work tirelessly to provide food, water and medical attention when needed for these cats. Here Ray Zeeb provides food and water at one of their regular stops on Monday, March 24th, 2014 in Antioch, California. Photo/Victoria Sheridan
